The Moore Townhouse

The Moore’s Chicago townhome will incorporate a federal style while keeping up with modern appliances and amenities. The floorplan will be a large main room and smaller rooms surrounding it like how the Japanese created floorplans and the style of each room will be focusing on the federal style and motifs. The federal style has archways, color-drenched walls, monochromatic rooms, and built-ins in most rooms. There will be biophilic elements throughout the home with bidirectional windows and views to highlight the exterior. The overall feeling of the space will be elegant, nature inspired, and homey. ​
